01 / Eligibility and agreement
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you act for an organisation, you confirm authority to bind it. The Privacy Policy is information about data processing, not contractual consent.
02 / Service and accounts
Linkd.fm provides hosted public profile pages, links, embeds, design tools and plan features described at purchase. Keep credentials secure and details accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account and must promptly report compromise. We may make proportionate changes needed for security, law or service improvement and will give reasonable notice of material detrimental changes.
03 / Prices, renewal and Stripe
Paid plans renew monthly at the price clearly shown immediately before checkout until cancelled. Prices include VAT where legally applicable unless checkout clearly says otherwise. Stripe processes payment and may conduct fraud checks. Failed payment may suspend paid features. We will not retain full card details. Your durable Stripe receipt and these terms form the contract record.
04 / Cancellation and cooling-off
You may stop renewal at any time through Account → Payments → Stripe billing portal or by emailing support@linkd.fm. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless law requires otherwise; there is no cancellation penalty. Consumers normally have 14 days from the initial contract to cancel without giving a reason. By expressly requesting immediate access, you agree service may start during that period; if you cancel, we may deduct a proportionate amount for service supplied where the law permits. Email an unambiguous cancellation statement with your account email and plan, or use this model: “I give notice that I cancel my Linkd.fm subscription, ordered [date], name [name], account email [email], date [date].” Statutory rights are unaffected.
05 / Your content and licence
You retain ownership. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, resize, transmit and display content only as necessary to provide, secure and promote your own page. The licence ends when content is deleted, except for limited backup/legal retention. You confirm you have rights and permissions for everything uploaded or linked.
06 / Acceptable use and safety
Do not publish or link to unlawful content; child sexual abuse material; terrorist content; threats, harassment or hate; scams, malware or phishing; non-consensual intimate imagery; intellectual-property infringement; impersonation; privacy violations; regulated goods offered unlawfully; or content that facilitates crime. Do not scrape, bypass security, overload the service or manipulate analytics. Report content to support@linkd.fm with the profile URL and reason. We may investigate, restrict visibility, preserve evidence, remove content or suspend accounts proportionately, and will provide reasons and a route to challenge where appropriate and lawful.
07 / External services
Profiles and embeds may link to third parties. We do not control their content, availability, cookies or transactions. Spotify, SoundCloud, Google and Stripe terms may also apply when you choose their services.
08 / Availability and liability
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, traffic, income or preservation of third-party links. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death/personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer, we are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach; we are not responsible for unforeseeable loss or business loss. Business users' aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months, except where unlawful to limit it.
09 / Suspension, deletion and complaints
You may request account closure at support@linkd.fm. Active paid subscriptions must also be cancelled. We may suspend or terminate for serious/repeated breach, security risk, non-payment or legal requirement, normally with notice where reasonable. Contact us first with complaints; consumers may also use applicable court or statutory dispute routes.
10 / Governing law
English law governs these terms. Consumers retain mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts applicable to where they live in the UK. Businesses submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If a term is unenforceable, the rest continues. We may transfer this agreement only without reducing consumer rights; you may transfer it with our written agreement.
